Sam is National Manager of Pro Coach and an experienced player and coach. He has played and coached cricket all around the world in countires including Australia, South Africa and New Zealand, working with numerous first class and international players, coaches and teams along the way. From a sport scientific background studying science and sports performance at B(Sc) and M(Sc) levels respectively. Sam has a great deal of experience in the application of biomechanics and strength and conditioning within cricket, as well as sport psychology, and hence has a vast knowledge of the use of video analysis, fitness development and progression, as well as mental preperation.

Sam is also Head coach of the Royal Navy 1st XI and has become a well respected coach around the country, being extremely knowledgeable in the devlopment and progression batting, bowling and fielding, techniques and ideas. Subsequently Sam is one of our Head Coaches.
