Andrew is a director of Pro Coach Sports Academy and has played over 100 1st team games for Yorkshire. He has scored over 3,000 1st team runs and has been a Professional Cricketer for 7 years now. He was named Yorkshire player of the year in 2006 and was Capped in 2008, with four 1st team Centuries to his name. He is currently Yorkshire 1st team's opening batsman with Chris Taylor.

Andrew is a level 3 coach who has great cricket coaching experience. He has worked with the Yorkshire Academy on numerous occasions and has also been Director of Cricket at Driffield CC in the Yorkshire League. Andrew was invited to coach at the World Cricket Academy in Mumbai, India.
