Pro Coach Cricket Academy will be launching new Academies in the Durham area in 2009. With a growing reputation across the North and Midlands, and a large demand for coaching in the North East, Pro Coach has structured an Academy system for 2009.

The inaugural North East Elite Academy will run in 2009 with all coaching been provided by current Durham and Yorkshire 1st team cricketers. Pro Coach believes this to be the ultimate in junior cricket coaching.
There will also be Premier Academies in Middlesbrough, Newcastle, Durham and Morpeth. The cricket coaching will be run by Durham 1st team players with level 2, 3 and 4 coaches aswell.

Young cricketers in Durham will also get the opportunity to take part in Pro Coaches latest and most exciting summer course, the 20/20 Summer Academy. On these courses junior cricketers from across Durham as well as neighbouring Northumberland will have the opportunity to learn the attacking and entertaining skills showcased in the modern game, and as usual they will have the chance to learn from the best.

All courses have two age groups, u12s for children aged 6 to 11 years old and u16s for children aged 12 to 16 years old.
